Nonprofit Professionals Advisory Group is proud to announce that Erin DeCurtis, MBA, has become our new Director of Research. In this role, Erin combines her experience with entrepreneurial social ventures with her deep search knowledge gained at Isaacson Miller to direct the research function of the firm, partnering with clients and NPAG staff to develop comprehensive nonprofit sector research and a research infrastructure that support the firm’s recruitment process.

Friday, November 14: NPAG Partners with the Social Innovation Forum
As part of our Giving Back Program, NPAG partnered to provide training to the current and past classes of SIF Innovators.  After the three hour training, Susan Musinksy, Director of the Social Innovation Forum raved, “We had the great fortune of having [NPAG] give a 3-hour seminar to twenty leaders of small nonprofits about 'how to hire like a search firm.' With incredible charisma, Laura broke down the hiring process into digestible bits and provided countless practical takeaways. She kept the group on their toes with illustrate examples and interactive activities. This is truly one of the best social sector trainings I’ve seen.
