Erin DeCurtis,
MBA, has become our new Director of Research. In this role, Erin combines

partnered to provide training to the current and
past classes of SIF Innovators. After the
three hour training, Susan Musinksy, Director of the
Social Innovation Forum raved, “We had the great
fortune of having [NPAG] give a 3-hour seminar to
twenty leaders of small nonprofits about 'how to
hire like a search firm.' With incredible charisma,
Laura broke down the hiring process into digestible
bits and provided countless practical takeaways. She
