about what to do at each step of the process. Our
clients often bemoan, 'If only I could talk to a live
person, I could just tell them how great I am!' And,
why shouldn't they?
What is a job seeker to do? Follow
up with a phone call when the ad specifically request,
"No phone calls please"? Remove all dates earlier
than, say, 1977 from a resume? Keep that resume to
only one page? Tell an interviewer what really went
wrong that led to that terrible departure?
