Nonprofit Employment Trends Survey Shows Hiring on the Rise!
The Nonprofit Employment Trends Survey
is a national survey of nonprofit employment practices.
The survey has been produced annually by Nonprofit
HR Solutions (NPHRS) since 2007.
With scarce statistical information being
available on nonprofit human resources practices and
trends, the collection of staffing, recruitment and
retention data is an important step in identifying
issues, concerns and opportunities for nonprofit
organizations, funders, researchers, capacity builders
and others to systematically address the current and
emerging human resources needs of the sector.
The survey is conducted by NPHRS and analyzed by the Caster Family Center for Nonprofit and Philanthropic Research. Copies are available to non-survey participants for a nominal fee of $49.95. A presentation of the data will be conducted at two national events co-convened by NPHRS and the Caster Family Center for Nonprofit and Philanthropic Research, one of which will include speakers from Nonprofit Professionals Advisory Group.
