Callie brings over ten years of nonprofit management and organizational leadership experience to her role as Managing Associate. Prior to her work at NPAG, Callie served as the Director of Operations for DC Public Education Fund, a nonprofit transforming education in the District of Columbia Public Schools through innovative partnerships with school district leadership and the philanthropic community. While there, she developed and stewarded internal performance management and operational systems to support over $75 million of investments in education reform initiatives aimed at accelerating student achievement.
Callie has also served as an Education Pioneers Fellow at GreatSchools, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and guiding parents to be effective stewards of their children’s education, and as Manager of Annual Giving at Project H.O.M.E., a Philadelphia organization committed to ending homelessness.
Her work is grounded in a deep passion for solving root causes of poverty and reinforced by a keen business perspective and foundational knowledge of nonprofit finances. This passion is also the root of her volunteer involvement, which currently includes service as the Chair of the Education Pioneers DC Metro Area Alumni Board, and as a member of the Haverford College Corporation.
Callie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she concentrated in Social Entrepreneurship and Strategy and studied the intersection of the social sector and ethical business leadership.
