NPAG is pleased to announce that Ryan Jiha has been selected for the role of Program Officer, Haiti at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Mr. Jiha will support the place-based grantmaking by collaborating on the health equity portfolio. 

 Ryan was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti where he has had an impressive career in various roles at Partners in Health (PIH)- a nonprofit healthcare organization working in Haiti’s healthcare sector for over thirty years.  Most recently, he served as Project Manager under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) where he oversaw a portfolio of $37M in U.S. federal grant funding used for reinforcing clinical services at 12 hospitals and health centers in rural Haiti.  Ryan is an accomplished photographer and frequently blogs about his life and work in Haiti, highlighting the natural beauty of the country and the resilience of the communities living there. 

 Mr. Jiha holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics, with a minor in Global Public Health, from the University of Virginia and a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
