Callie brings over ten years of nonprofit management and organizational leadership experience to her role as Principal.
Her work is grounded in a deep passion for working towards a more just and equitable society and is reinforced by her business perspective and foundational knowledge of nonprofit operations and strategy. Prior to joining NPAG in 2013, Callie served in organizational leadership as Director of Operations for DC Public Education Fund, where she stewarded internal performance management and operational systems to support over $75M of investments in education reform initiatives aimed at accelerating student achievement. She previously served as an Education Pioneers Fellow at GreatSchools, a nonprofit dedicated to providing resources and tools to parents to be effective stewards of their children’s education, and as Manager of Annual Giving at Project H.O.M.E., a Philadelphia organization committed to ending homelessness.
Callie brings a deep commitment to exceptional client service and a steadfast orientation toward continuous learning and reflection around both her practice and her clients’ missions. Her ability to craft search strategy that aligns with our clients’ values and mission, and engage networks meaningfully around it, distinguishes her not only on our team but in our sector.
Callie holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Haverford College. She lives with her family in Washington, DC.
