Chief Administrator

Kristen joined NPAG as the Chief Administrator in 2015. With a long standing track record of delivering exceptional customer service and administration, Kristen is relied upon to prioritize and manage a wide variety of tasks across the search lifecycle. With strong organization and communication skills, she easily adapts within dynamic environments and continues to move the needle on all internal administrative and marketing tasks for NPAG.

Her early career was spent in high volume, high pressure help desk and call center environments where Kristen operated independently and effectively, earning a reputation for problem-solving and process improvement. She has served as the Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to the Vice President of Market Development at EnviroSolutions, and managed her own virtual assistant firm providing executive support, bookkeeping, event planning, website, marketing and social media services to a broad range of clients.

Kristen holds a volunteer role as the Development Director for an animal rescue in her community. In this role, she creates all program marketing materials and assists in planning for donor outreach activities and fundraising events. She also volunteers with several other local non-profits, particularly those focused on suicide prevention and animal rescue. Kristen holds a BS, Psychology, from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a clinical psychology graduate degree with a concentration in military/LEO health. During her time away from professional and educational commitments, Kristen enjoys attending outdoor festivals, farmers markets, and hiking some of the local trails accompanied by her German Shepherd, Kaya.
